The G30 looks so good if cared for

Seller sent the wrong item, I ended up installing it. Thoughts?

I paid $5 for the badges, after I had removed PPF I thought it was time for new ones. Unfortunately seller sent G60 ones and I thought I could just install it, after all it’s not a lot of money I spent and he made a sale, so there’s that. At least it’s definitely not up-badging. Thoughts?

Can someone do me a favor?

What is the exact space between the numbers (in my case 525Li) in millimeters on a factory badge? I bought this on taobao and it obviously looks bent, I have to put the numbers on there individually

A look at the long wheelbase G38

Super comfortable car, the rear seats have bolsters for the left and right passengers.

Another look at the long wheelbase G38

Falling in love with this thing everyday. I thought the driving feeling would be different from the G30, but it’s exactly the same. The G38 has a very comfortable rear, and it even has rear bolsters for the rear left and right seats!

Of course, the G30 will still look much better than this, but it’s such a lovely car and in my opinion the differences don’t matter much

Which BMW model did you buy twice?

I had a grey G30, now I’m on a black one (well a G38 which is a little bit longer). Same model year. First one was sold to pave way for an electric 3 series. I missed it so much and I bought another recently

Why standard light bulbs?

The year is 2018, and BMW management were like “yeah guys, let’s just put light bulbs on the 5, and give the 3 LEDs”.

Still, I think the car looks aggressive with the standard lighting

Back in the club, again.

Took delivery yesterday. It feels much more premium than my i3, despite being an older car

My second 5 series, my 4th BMW

It’s a long wheelbase. Has around 60k miles and the previous owner took good care of this car. Price was around 118k CNY. Although it’s not as pleasing to look at as the standard wheelbase version, it’s a very comfortable car. My first 5 series was a G30, this is a G38. Will be rocking this together with my G28 fully electric i3. Thanks to God!

I’m about to purchase this G38 (long wheelbase 5 series). M sport trim (kind of weird to have a long wheelbase M sport car), but I think I’m in love with it. 111,000 kilometers on the clock. Thoughts??

BMW is so unreliable 😉

S63 at 300k kilometers without any major issues or repairs, and still on the original engine and transmission!

Would you go for this long wheelbase G38? Or the G30 that we all know and love.

The G38 has a comfortable rear seating arrangement, but on the outside it looks kinda odd (although I’m getting used to seeing long wheelbase cars because I live in China). Still the normal G30 is so sexy.

Should I go for the G38, or wait a little bit till I have enough for a G30?
