Apple Racing Team Transport.

Wheels: HPZ wheels. F40 style customised with deeper aluminium barrels polished and filed out to create a new lip, heat shrink tyres added.

Paint Tamiya PS46 iridescent purple to green candy paint (rattle can) (painted directly onto the black casting...all details remain which is awesome) *this paint only works on dark colours.

clear coat is 2k which activates on contact with the air so you don't have to activate a whole can and then throw it away. Brand is 2K CLEAR SUPER GLOSS PAINT HS HB496

The resounding vote was for the F40 style wheels and yesterday I laid down one single coat of Tamiya PS46 iridescent purple to green (applied straight over the black) and then last night I applied 2k clear (the expensive stuff) but man it was worth it because she's looking pretty damn sweet.

*PicsArt edits helped the colour pop more but in no way is any of this AI

I customised these wheels with aluminium tubes and heat shrink to exaggerate the dish and the aggressive stance of the finished product. I also staggered them.

Now I'm torn between the F40 80s style wheels and the classic Work Meister S1 style wheels.

What aldo you guys think? 1 or 2?

I really like this one as it allows you to paint one half of the car a different colour.

A recent custom R32 I completed, but truth be told I'm more excited about the watermelon guy at this point 😄
