Apne scores aur possible colleges batao thodi si dosti banate hai I am getting 762, obc ncl, male, bcom hons

Um while registering for the cuet exam i used the obc ncl certificate issued by the state government, (tehsildar) and i got to know that i need it from Central govt. So now i have one

So can i use that one now? Or am i cooked?

I am an obc male from Chhattisgarh,i am getting raw score 739/1000 after the final answer, normalisation kya karega pata nhi. And getting 516/750, for bhu

From these as much as I have researched I can get Shaheed bhagat singh college for bcom prog and hons, the best i can i think realistically, and in bhu i can main campus for bcom hons in financial market management.

I am currently very confused among these too, for Delhi uni, i know i can get exposure and opportunities more but also there money constraints and parents are also worried about my health because of pollution

And in bhu it's very affordable, but,i have seen people saying there's not much opportunities there,

So please anyone can guide me through this help me out,
