Adhesion Surgery Twice In One Week

Has anyone had similar experience with their dog?

History: 4 years ago rock obstruction successful surgery to remove.

Two weeks ago symptoms of blockage took to ER. Surgery was performed and surgeon "shifted" intestines around removing adhesions scar tissue. Successful at the time.
Put on RX can food.
Recovery went well and her follow up check up week later.

A week later (4 days ago) symptoms started again. Took her to another ER and adhesions were there again. Unknown if some were missed, they were new ones from previous surgery or both. Recovery went well. Followed instructions. But today (day 4) seems more lethargic, bit restless. Eating well. I will check back with her surgeon today.

Question: I'm told once surgery to remove adhesions they often come back and dog has short future life.
Is that part 100% true?

Could it be immediately such as a week or few days from last surgery more come back?

After 3 intestinal surgeries can she survive more?

She cannot eat nothing hard crunchy rest of her life. And low slow activity and I want to do all I can to have her live her life a long time.

She is 6 year old Labrador.

Please anything positive or not let me know because I'm feeling she will will not survive all this and scared.

New Crown Pain

Hi, I am seeking suggestions concerning new crown replacement.

History: Had original crown (back upper middle area) placed 15 years ago. After a recent dental cleaning it suddenly was painful. Dentist suggested a root canal and new crown which I did.

Temporary crown post root canal did not cause pain during the 10 days prior to having permanent crown placed. Since the new crown was placed 30 days ago it's been painful.

No temperature sensitivities but painful while eating/chewing gum (3 out of 10 scale pain) and for several hours after. Very painful (7 out of 10 scale pain) when flossing the tooth/crown. The pain obviously comes and goes depending on eating/flossing. Ex no pain yesterday then flossed last night and very painful since.

Have had it smoothed down 3x as dentist believes it was setting to high. Then said periodontal disease is causing pain. Now saying a last result would be pulling it.

Question: Is this common to happen with periodontal disease? I think it's a 5-6 pocket on that particular tooth.
Today I did see another dentist within same practice who did not mention that today about periodontal being the cause. He smoothed it down some and put desensitization on it and suggested salt water rinses.

Also, Is it common to be charged at follow up visits, a charge for new crown pain?

I hope someone can give me thoughts on my questions as I'm ready to accept wasting a few thousand dollars I've put into it and have it pulled. And, I do take good care of my teeth.

2 years still pain after new mattress

Background: (hip, side pain and km a side sleeper 130 pounds)

Purchase Tempra Pro Adapt Firm. Immediately pain on sides and hip and sweaty. Bought on clearance sales man said if it doesn't work he'll let me exchange. He left job and new management would not let me.

Purchased foam topper helped. After few months did not. Purchased latex topper recently worked a bit better for 3 weeks pain worse like when first got Tempra.

I will walk up with hip and side pain, shift to other side and same thing. Stiffness as well.

Please help me decide as I'm taking a huge financial loss (but cannot stand this pain and stiffness anymore) between Helix Midnight — MEDIUM-FIRM or Medium Soft. Or Dream Cloud.

*need white glove set up
* one that won't make me sweat like currant Tempra
*help prevent stiff and painful sides/hips/shoulders/ribs.

* Also did rid of 25 year old spring box spring for a 2 inch bunky board.

I'm just wanting help deciding what one to order based on reviews with experience as I've had. Thank you.
