I really liked toxic trailer, i was skeptical after seeing that "ladies and ladies" adhi koncham teda kotindhi kani this was very good, amazing camera work, sets were very good although some of them might feel cringe but it was good for me, i just dont understand the criticism of the movie having too much "sexual content" i mean, TITLE lone "FOR ADULTS" ani rasaru ga
Movie was actually good, i dont understand why this movie got so much hate over here? I actually liked the story, it was intresting. Many said that 2nd half was bad, i feft 2nd was much better than the first half ( other than interval sequence)
Villain acted much better than akhil and the heroine was also very good, i felt akhil was overshadowed by the villain. Akhil dialoge delivery was bad and songs werent that good, i loved the chemistry between the hero-heroine, it was fun to watch.
Overall i would rate it 3.5/5
I have also noticed that opinions in here are the outside audience differ so much from the recent movies, ive seen a lot of hate for peddi here but when i went to watch it in theatre, it was housefull and i actually felt movie was much better than what reviews were on here ( not that its a great movie, it was avg at best)
Well, this should go over smoothly. Lol.
Ronaldo will most likely never be convicted as a rapist but I still think he did it and I'll explain why. These are all personal observations about the case and the famous investigative report by Der Spiegel.
For those unfamiliar with the case:
In June 2009, Kathryn Mayorga alleged that Cristiano Ronaldo raped her in a Las Vegas hotel room. She underwent a sexual assault forensic examination and reported the incident to police shortly afterward.
In 2010, the two parties reached a confidential out-of-court settlement. For many years, the case remained largely out of the public eye, with Mayorga not publicly identifying Ronaldo.
In 2018, a German publication named Der Spiegel published an extensive investigation based on hundreds of leaked documents including police records, legal correspondence, settlement documents, and an alleged internal legal questionnaire.
In the questionnaire, Ronaldo himself ADMITS that Kathryn said "No" and "Stop" several times but he did not listen. This was by far the most damning evidence but Ronaldo's legal team called it fake news and pure invention.
Kathryn Mayorga filed a civil lawsuit seeking to invalidate the 2010 confidential settlement, arguing that it had been signed under coercion and that she should be allowed to pursue her claims.
The lawsuit was dismissed in 2022, not because the court found Ronaldo innocent or Mayorga's allegations false, but because the judge ruled that her lawyer had relied on leaked documents, which the court considered litigation misconduct.
Here are 13 reasons why I think Der Spiegel's article could be factual and why I PERSONALLY think the allegations against Cristiano Ronaldo are credible:
So yes, the case is dead, he will never be convicted, he still most probably did rape her.
TL;DR: Ronaldo will likely never be convicted, but I personally believe the allegations are credible. My view is based on Der Spiegel's investigation, the reported leaked questionnaire in which Ronaldo allegedly acknowledged Mayorga said "no" and "stop," the existence of a confidential settlement, Mayorga's immediate medical exam and police report, inconsistencies in Ronaldo's legal team's public statements, and the fact that the civil case was dismissed over procedural misconduct involving leaked documents not because a court found the allegations false or declared him innocent.
Hi! I'm currently a 2nd-year CSE student at MAHE Bengaluru. If you have any questions about academics, hostels, campus life, clubs, placements, or anything else related to the college, feel free to ask here. I'll answer based on my experience.
I personally had a lot of questions before joining this college, but unfortunately I didn't have many people who could help me. If you're in the same situation, feel free to ask your questions here. I'd be glad to help based on my experience.
In my opinion, we shouldn't right?
I think a lot of people are judging fiction as if it's meant to be a moral handbook. Stories have always explored flawed characters, questionable decisions, and uncomfortable situations that doesn't automatically mean the film is endorsing those actions.
Depiction and endorsement are two completely different things. If we start expecting every fictional work to meet our personal moral standards, then a huge portion of cinema and literature would become unacceptable.
It's perfectly reasonable to criticize execution or messaging, but reducing every piece of fiction to "this is morally wrong, therefore it shouldn't exist or be watched" ignores the purpose of storytelling. Audiences are capable of distinguishing between what is acceptable in real life and what exists within a fictional narrative

I wonder how no one raised this question
“Non-consesual touch glorified as romance” and shows “a gentleman who respects everyone despite their stature as comedian”
If you watch it separately;
A guy try to kiss an unknown girl in bus trying to make pictures of that kissing; and then jumps out of bus breaking window when about to be caught.
Now; you glorify as he is such a good guy. Thats basically the movie; not to add if the guy doesnt look as attractive as VD its completely different story altogether
Isn't this much worse than peddi? if you look at it, peddi was an uneducated rural guy who doesnt know how to love somone without physical touch ( not justifying what he did- what he did was wrong) but vijay? he was educated and a TEACHER.
Both of them kissed by mistake but geeta govindam completely romanticized it right? this movie is celebrated among VD fans.
How did vijay approve that scene? what did the director think while filming this, such a pervert kada, why didnt he apologise in twitter?
Always wonder How come an assault case became a love story and family entertainer.

well as an srh fan, i was ofcourse not supporting rcb as their fans were very toxic towords srh players but as a team RCB has dominated this ipl entirely, in the stadium where GT dominated the most, they contained them to a very minimal score and chased it smoothly ofc due to good innings by virat and my goat BHUVI! ah man i miss him
Honestly they had very balanced team, someone to ensure when collapse occurs and very good bowling department. Very good season for them.
Hope we will have a balanced team next year and win!
The toxicity in that sub is unmatchable, no one can beat rcb fans in that matter. I do know that they are toxic but not to this level.
without kohli, 3/4th of their fanbase wouldnt exsist itself and they are trolling us? dont we have a good amount of fanbase? and how does that even matter? this sub is the twitter of reddit
Well ofcourse we know he is past his prime and the 2 matches he played for us didnt turn out great but what do you think will happen if he comes in playing 11? will he make an impact? ive seen him play good for rcb a bit
how can we carelessly play this bad? after a wicket is down we shouldve slowed down but nah prati shot six povali anthe ela? i appriciate the innings played by pat but why the need to rush, singles tesukoni edho 100+ cheste em ayidhi?
Finally after a long week we have our match today, wishing luck to our team! hope we can go to the top this time with good nrr
what playing 11 would you guys want today, any changes? make ur prediction
