Taken at The Church in Dallas tonight. Whose the poser now. Spent the night listening to MCR, Nine Inch Nails and System of A Down and yes, I wore a Lady Gaga shirt while doing it all.

It was definitely this.
Finally after years of trying I just threw something together, lmk what you think!
My style has always been victorian goth, it has always been vampire inspired and it has always used some elements of special effects makeup because thats what I specialize in. Gatekeeping gets us nowhere.
I believe every word. Don't be a hater, get off your ass and make art. Grind, work and do it. Real artists create and Kane created and theres so many people jealous that they didn't do anything. He's 20, he went viral on YouTube out of nowhere and now he's a filmmaker. I'm currently in school for film myself and honestly I have made more art since January then i ever have. We have to give ourselves the time to do what we love and I know its hard for A LOT of people, but don't give up, keep creating and don't fucking EVER let anyone invalidate your art because your age. I've been on tbis sub for the better half of a week and you guys are so smart and talented and I know we have a tendency to tear each other down on reddit, but you are seen and appreciated.
Let me know if you guys have any trouble getting in!
So to start off the movie takes place between June 19th 1990 into July as Naren's introduction scene is marked June 19th and tbe video of Clark exploring the complex for the first time is June 29th. This is the latest point in the ASYNC storyline as the latest before this was Peter Tench's "death" on May 25th 1990 so there is a 5 year gap in between the backrooms movie and Found Footage 3.
Something else interesting about FF3 & the movie is The Caveman cut out. We saw that back in 1990 the Caveman cutouts have speakers on them playing the "Greetings in 50 Languages" used for the Voyager space probe but the one in 1995 doesn't. I have two theories as to why this is. My first theory is that the one on FF3 is a backrooms recreation of the cutout as we saw that it can recreate simple things easily like Mary's book but, my second theory address something I believe happens in the 5 year gap.
So, my theory is that in-between 1990 and 1995 a whistle blower (possibly Mary or a still alive Peter Tench) tries to go public with what ASYNC is doing and the government (who already has knowledge of the complex) steps in and only ousts the entirety of ASYNC upper management or just the senior director. This will either finally force Ivan Beck into the backrooms in order for him to finally experience what he's been searching for or he stays with ASYNC as they get absorbed into the Department of Energy who then uses the Department of Defense to clear out the lifeforms and still lifes from the backrooms by using the cardboard cut outs to track the lifeforms and still lifes so they can execute them which eventually becomes a fruitless endeavor leading the whole project to become defunct which could explain why the still life in FF3 is aggressive because they've become accustomed to being hunted and like any other organism must adapt to survive. This leaves what happens to Ivan Beck unaccounted for but one way or another he definitely will end up in the complex.
We know that Kane has said another government entity will most likely get involved and I think that this definitely accounts for how...weird the backrooms in FF2 and FF3 feel as opposed to FF1. They almost feel kind of abandoned and that would make sense if the only interactions with the real world its been getting is from people who've no clipped. This is all just a theory and maybe I've stated something very obvious but I'm new to the series and I just thought it'd be fun to post my own little theory.
Personally, I'd love to see it distort some like hospital areas and churches specifically because the liminality of everything and the uncanny things it could do to like religious iconography. Just imagine a jesus on a cross statue halfway melded into a wall or a stain glass window that makes no sense. Hospital beds coming out of the floor and medical equipment scaled really oddly would be equally as unsettling!
Abracadabra with a string quartet and drums!
