Never ever had a bad experience with DoorDash before, although understand things happen. Driver didn’t communicate with me over 15 after they had cancelled order on their behalf, talking with customer service is so awful. They ended up fixing whatever issue car had, I kept requesting not to knock or make any loud noises outside apartment door since I have a newborn and two dogs which they didn’t follow. Now have to deal with a screaming baby which managed for hours trying to put asleep.
