i finished this book earlier this week and wow, what a ride
it had a lot of interesting horror elements i wasn’t expecting, and i really liked the lore it built.
although i will admit, it took me a little bit to get into. i felt like the beginning was a bit of a slog.
Hey everyone, I’ve been going down a bit of a Charmed rabbit hole lately and got curious about the history behind Halliwell Manor.
Does anyone know if there were other houses or manors considered when they were scouting locations for the show’s main setting? Or was the iconic Victorian we see pretty much the only serious contender from the start?
I’m especially interested in any behind-the-scenes info, like alternate filming locations, rejected properties, or even early production notes if those exist. Would love to know how they landed on the final house and whether there were different vibes they considered before locking it in.
