Lost insurance - I can no longer see a dermatologist. Retinol and other product recommendations? Thanks! A lot of acne on my face.

Trying to find out what would be best. Dermatologist said my face is a lost cause and wanted to put me on acutane. Well I just lost insurance so theres that.

My face has gotten better since using:

Dial soap

Rubbing alcohol

Dr. Dennis daily peel (orange pads)

I KNOW that a lot of people are going to say it's going to ruin my skin barrier and that I need to find different products. I've TRIED every product at a drug store. My face has acne everywhere and it hasn't been clear for 6 years due to hormones.

This is the only things kind of working for me unfortunately. Any help is appreciated.

This community has been fantastic, thank you all!

I'm seriously really wanting to glow up. I've noticed I've gained a lot of weight and want to loose it. I'm 22 and want to feel confident.

With Endo, I also know that pain makes it impossible. Some days I cant get out of bed. I work at a hospital and get 10k+ steps 3x a day. I'm 150 pounds and I'm 5'2. Just feeling defeated but wanting to make a change. I like food. 😔

Yesterday I couldn't leave the bed and needed to take Tramadol. The pain was so bad. I seriously only left the bed to pee, take a bath, and to grab a snack.

I work at a hospital and tried getting canceled today without gaining a point against me. We use a point system. After today I will have 8.

I had my surgery in March and I got up today feeling so awful. My periods are so heavy I have to change a pad/tampon every 2 hours or so.

I tried getting an easier position at the hospital today but no one would give up their spot for me.

I feel so guilty and disgusting. I'm so mad at myself for not being able to work. I can't function and I am scared of getting fired. I dont know what to do.
I am scared I'm gonna get fired.

Hey everyone.

Battery is dying. Called dealership, they said $400+ for replacement and everything.

Called Breakmasters and a local mechanic. One said $400+ and then the local mechanic said they didn't have the battery in shop or warehouse.

I went to Autozone and they said they'd do it. But they have to unscrew this piece? Is this going to be bad if we unscrew it? Thoughts?
