Apps for auto edits - B rolls, zoom, etc for a tech and lifestyle channel

Hi everyone,

I see a lot of these creators have amazing edits in terms of b-rolls, automatic zooms, automatic captions which apply unique effects when they emphasize on a given word or talk about a specific topic.

What apps are popular that automate all of this? I'm sure nobody is spending 3 hours on one YouTube video. My content is focused on tech & lifestyle with videos shorter than 5 minutes. How can I automate major parts of this?

I've tried Submagic, Capcut, and Descript but none of them have good auto b-rolls + smooth effects. Would love to hear what you use to make your life easier, appreciate any suggestions or recommendations!

Looking to understand bond and commodity ETFs for non registered accounts

Hi everyone, so I'm newish to investing in commodities and bonds, and I'm looking to understand how I can distribute my savings in non-registered accounts between commodities and bonds, possibly ETFs.

I'm using my TFSA and RRSP accounts for equity portions only and I've maxed out both up to 2026. I'm looking to allocate the commodities + bonds in non-registered accounts to have an overall balanced or growth based portfolio.

I'm not looking to withdraw or have a dividend heavy ETF because my current income is sufficient to meet my expenses, and the dividends will be taxed in the higher brackets.

I want to use the bond ETFs as a safe place for my savings to beat inflation and grow instead of just putting them up in a savings account which gives about 1.5% annual returns as of now.

Similarly, I haven't invested in commodities yet, but I'm looking to diversify my portfolio and have a portion of my savings plus incoming income into the commodities.

I appreciate any suggestions or recommendations. thank you for your time.

Looking to understand commodity and bond options for non registered accounts

Today is the day

I want to:

  1. clean my bed every morning

  2. talk more positively about everything and not look at the bad side of things

  3. not try to hide things personal or professional from others ( I don't need to, maybe I got this from some sort of insecurity that I can't trust others - I'm trying to change this, appreciate any suggestions )

  4. on the other end, not overshare either. I just don't like it.

  5. learn how to be more polite/ diplomatic/ friendly ( not sure how to do that yet, I'm pretty straightforward if it isn't obvious )

I plan on doing this for a month. Anyone care to join me? also accepting any suggestions/ recommendations.
