I have been working with a US organisation for 6 years as a remote employee. I got laid off from there in March, and they promised they would pay me for the March and paid leave encashment. But after chasing them for 3 months, they have now stopped replying to my emails.

Can I do anything about this? Have you faced this situation? I am thinking about posting it on LinkedIn with the company name and the CEO's name as a last resort. Is it a good idea?
