What would be the "better" set for my Rin

I have seen people with scholar, genius, and even duke. In my case, what i dont really know is how the speed for her and Sparkle work.

These are some of my builds of both Rin and Sparkle, (dont mind the planars, im trying to farm city right now).

I would like input on what set should i use since after replacing rutilant, i'll be getting less crit rate, and with my Sparkle speeds, what would be the "best" that my Rin can use, if i can change the speed, what set would be easiest to change (like maybe adding 1-2 speed rolls)

I have Sparkle eagle and sarcedos sets. I also have Sparkle sig and ddd. I also have her e1 and huohuo e1 so the sarcedos spd is probably at around 197, and the eagle speed is around 177.

Additional i have another Sparkle eagle set but with around 188 spd but i wasn't able to provide the build.

Edit: what i want to focus on more is, Rin speed + what is the best combo of Rin set + Sparkle set that i have.

An example would be — "using Sig Eagle Sparkle + Rin on scholar with "x" speed."

I provided the builds to see what may be the easiest to farm for. Like maybe using the scholar build but adding 1-2 rolls of spd etc.

Acer nitro AN515-58 nitrosense fan problem

I'm new to this community, and not really that great when it comes to tech, but i would like to ask. If my cpu fan has 0rpm as seen in the picture should i not use my laptop, even for stuff like watching youtube, and other light stuff. Honestly I don't even know if the cpu fan is really at 0 rpm, cuz when I played a heavy game with heavy graphics (genshin, hsr, zzz) my temp reached 90C which was normally what i get when playing even when the cpu fan was not broken. Then right after, it slowly comes down to 50-60C, for reference, my area isn't air conditioned and the place I live in is at a constant 30C-40C everyday. I've seen some say update nitrosense and stuff, but from what I've seen it seems that nitrosense doesnt support this model anymore (also, i tried updating it via providing my SNID/serial number to the acer official site, and they said that it my SNID/serial didnt match any of theirs)

Other than opening it up (which i might in a few weeks cuz i was going to upgrade it anyways), what can i do to check if the problem is nitrosense, or the cpu fan itself.

More info:
Laptop is 3 years old
dont have cooling pad
used for programming
can hear fan (not sure if cpu fan or gpu fan tho)
can only feel the airflow at the left side (facing the screen)

Thank you! Also as I said earlier, i was planning to upgrade it (8ram 512gb), and was wondering what are good upgrades to make (was planning to get another 8gb stick and 1tb ssd so would be 16ram + 1.5tb)

Edit: i got it cleaned up by a friend which does this stuff, and he told me that i should probably get a new fan cuz the bearing is broken. He cleaned the fans and the vents, and the fan started to spin again up to its max of 8000 rpm, but even at low rpms (200 and such) it was so noisy and vibrated so much that he suggested i should probably get it checked by other professionals. Thing is, my next pay is by the end of this month, and as a broke student that only has part time, i only have a limited amount of money. I would like to ask, whether i can still use it even tho the condition is like this. Up til the end of month maybe, and stuff i do are like, excel and light stuff only.
