Any advice

Mid December I had substance induced psychosis, I was on meds until April and I thought I was doing better so I stopped them but then I relapsed 3 weeks later, I’m now back on 4.5mg of invega and 12.5mg of quetiapine and it’s been four weeks or so but I’m still having intrusive thoughts about cameras watching me (I don’t believe the thoughts at all) is this apart of recovery? Or do I need to change my meds or up the dose? I’ve also been feeling very anxious because the psychiatrist I was referred to said my situation was out of his scope of practice and I feel very lost and helpless. Any advice? Or ideas on what to do or what’s going on?

Any advice? How long did it take your symptoms to go away?

I stopped my meds and relapsed and it’s been about four weeks back on them on a lower dose, most of the psychosis gone but I’m still getting intrusive thoughts about people watching me through my cameras, it’s very hard to function day to day bc my meds are super flattening it’s even hard to shower. My psychiatrist said that I need camh and he can’t do anything, so I’m feeling kind of helpless. Any advice or experiences that are similar would help thanks

I’m on invega and I feel like shit I just had to drop out of school because it makes me feel like a zombie, does anyone have any recommendations I can talk to my psychiatrist about? Any meds that kept them productive and feeling normal?

I had a substance-induced psychosis starting around mid-December. I was started on 4.5 mg of Invega and 12.5 mg of quetiapine, and then increased to 9 mg of Invega in early February. By April I was feeling better, so l stopped the medication, but about 3 weeks later my symptoms started coming back, so I restarted at 4.5 mg.

Right now, most of the psychotic symptoms are gone, but I'm still having a specific issue where I can't stop focusing on my blinking. During the episode, I had a belief that jinns were communicating with me through blinking, and now it feels like my brain keeps checking or looking for it even though I don't believe it anymore.
