I went cold turkey 9 days ago. That was a questionable decision but I did it on my terms and I won't be doing that again. I work night-shift at a steel tube mill. Arduous, extremely physical, hot, nasty kinda work. 10 hr shifts minimum. Normally, i would be exhausted after a shift. Barely able to shower off before collapsing into a solid 8-10 hr sleep. Since I went cold turkey off of 600mg to 1000mg daily I have had the worst dull, ache in my legs. I can barely sleep for 5 or 6 hrs without waking up from the pain. Anyone else experiencing this ?
