I moved to dubai in may, this year. In June, I joined a tea trading company in Al Ras, Dubai, and my salary is AED 4,500/month with no other benefits.

My responsibilities are quite broad. I’m basically handling their entire digital design presence, including:
Designing their Facebook and Instagram content,
Creating their company profile/social media branding,
Designing product packages for printing and promotional materials,
UI design for their website,
Building the website of 5 page myself in Webflow and publishing it to the domain, managing, adding new products,
Creating various web graphics,
Managing their Facebook and Instagram pages.

I have 6+ years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, UI/web design, and related work.

Considering the amount of responsibility and the fact that I’m handling multiple roles (Graphic Designer + UI Designer + Webflow Developer + Social Media/Content Designer), is AED 4,500/month considered underpaid in Dubai?

I’m facing a strange issue with my MOHRE profile and was wondering if anyone has experienced this before.
Whenever I try to log into the **MOHRE app → Employee → Labour ID**, I get this error:
**“Information not available for selected role: Employee.”**

Also, when I check my **Labour ID in UAE PASS**, it shows **“Unavailable.”**

The strange part is:
My Emirates ID and residence visa are valid.
I have already contacted **MOHRE** and **Tasheel** multiple times.
They checked my records and told me they **can’t find any problem**.
My current employer also checked from their side and said everything looks fine.

Now I’m trying to sign a **6-month employment contract** with another company. However, when they try to create the contract using my details, the system gives an error saying **“Person’s data mismatched.”**

Neither the new company nor my current employer knows what’s causing it.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated because nobody seems to know where the problem is.
