I had around 200+ houres on Need for Speed Payback, i was checking something when i saw i had 1 hour on the game, i did restart my ps5 and it didnt change to its original time, how do i fix this????

Been playing story mode for a couple of months and i decided to play online, now all my cars are stock (livery, bodykits AND preformance/parts) is this normal to happen???
Been playing ts game for 4 days and since yesterday the game UI doesnt show, like im in battle and ion see the mini map, ammo, etc etc i cant even see the button that says "hold □ to open door" and my game does freez every 10 seconds for 2 seconds and it pisses me off, i cant even make a fucking kill
And yes i play on ps5 with 1TB of storage so its impossible to say i dont have enough storage nor bad wifi because in war thunder as example everything is smooth
I did tons of research for the past 3 days and idk how to get bio engineer skin, even pro cod players didnt know how to help.
As you see im level 18 and it says in able to get this skin at level 13. I did close the game 10 times and even turned off my ps5 a few times and it didnt happen, can someone help me??
And yes im new to cod in general
