Got my copy yesterday and couldn't stop looking at it (respectfully) so I made it into a bookmark. It's now my dedicated bookmark for reading my Batman omnibuses, lol
My second large Superman book, the first being Death and Return of Superman compendium. Already read up to Superman: Lois and Clark #1 and I'm loving it so far! I love baby Jon!
I actually wanted to get Superman by Tomasi/Gleason at first, because I wanted to read more of baby Jon after reading Super Sons, but with DC coming out with thick paperbacks for Tomasi/Gleason's Batman & Robin and Super Sons, I figured their Superman run is next, so I'm waiting. :p
Added Grayson the Superspy Omnibus recently to complete my New 52 -> Rebirth Nightwing collection. Laying these six out for a picture had me squealing like a little kid, lmao (now to actually read them!)
Also included my little Nightwing plush keychain that my sister got me when she went to a local convention (his mask is removable!)
I know timeline-wise Batman and Robin Eternal should be between Prince of Gotham and Rebirth, but in my mind, it's a team-up series so following my shelf logic regarding team series, I shoved it at the end.
This might be it for my Nightwing shelf for a while, at least until the next compendium. May or may not get the rest of the Nightwing omnibus (Grayson, etc), but I try to keep omnibuses in my collection to a minimum since standard sized paperbacks are more portable and slightly kinder to my wrist. (I also have a bunch of other books that's slightly higher in priority.)
also, to those who saw my previous post about a water-damaged compendium: you barely even notice when they're all lined up! 🥲
Brought my Compendium One as my bus book to work today to celebrate the third compendium's release. Very happy to get my copy!
Unfortunately, my water bottle leaked on my way to the store and my Compendium One suffered for it. I only realised something was wrong when I was getting on my bus and brought it out to read it.

My Rebirth omnibus just arrived and I wanted to take a pic of it with my Knight in Bludhaven compendiums. I have the third compendium pre-ordered and I'm super excited to get it!
Though truth be told, I'm only past half-way the first compendium, lol.
