Honest opinions, for those with rear facing car seats, is it bad not having ceiling vents?

Me and my husband were considering getting a pilot for our growing family. My current car it’s a Hyundai Tucson and does not have ceiling vents. We live in a very hot state. If I don’t climate start the car ahead of time, my little one does not cool down much back there due to being rear facing and no direct air is hitting him. I was very set on the pilot until I found out they don’t have ceiling vents, since that’s one of our main reasons for upgrading our current suv.

For those that went into mammo, how much was your increase in pay?

I’ve been doing xray for 6 years now. My hospital system is very understaffed for mammo right now, and I’ve been considering mammo for some time. I do want to make more money too. But I’m wondering if it’s worth it for me right now in my current state in life. I have a little one at home and plan to start trying for another very soon. I only work part time at an outpatient and I have it really good at my current spot. So I’m just wondering, for those that went into mammo, how much was your pay increase from xray?

What exactly can going in a hot tub do to sperm when ttc?

My husband and I will be going with my family to a beach trip later in July, and we will have a hot tub where we are staying. We are planning to start trying for baby #2 a month after the trip. My husband obviously would love to go into the hot tub, but I’m a little worried about it. We had absolutely no problem trying to conceive for our first baby. Would it just affect his fertility in the sense that it may be harder to conceive? Or would it affect the sperm in a sense that there may be problems (miscarriage or health defects) with the embryo if we do conceive still
