Website down, and for how long?

Any other website like RockAuto just to look at a bunch of parts and brands?

Edit: We used to grab Fram air filters from the nearest physical Walmart store but it's out of stock. After looking things up, I ordered Wix.

The Toki Singularity, a sloppy 5.2k words short story by gemini-3.7-flash, featuring Toki from 6 animes

Contains violence and death. Not particularly gorey, I'd say. *I am not a capable writer.

https://rentry.org/the-toki-singularity

From left to right: Toki (Princess Mononoke), Zaizen Tokiko (Idolmaster), Asuma Toki (Blue Archive), Toki (Crested Ibis) (Kemono Friends), Kozuki Toki (One Piece), and Onjouji Toki (Saki: Achiga-hen).

Basically a "What if a bunch of Tokis appeared and somehow got into a conflict and some of them died?" shitpost. I used Gemini to help brainstorm and revise the outline, and to write the story. Meaning, I would choose key points to keep or not. All knowledge of characters was built-in, and prose is left almost entirely unedited to show how it writes.

Q: In the end, >!two schoolgirls survived!<. Are you picking favorites?

A: >!Unfortunately, I'm not closely familiar with any of the characters. I watched Princess Mononoke many years ago, that's it. Fanart and wikis exist, so things kinda leak and you absorb it. Given a setting where students casually use tanks and heavy weaponry to settle arguments and are protected by their halos, it's natural for the model to assume by default, without a plot twist, that Asuma wins this unfairly matched "fight".!<

In the first outline draft, >!Onjouji, whose health is fragile, realistically froze from cardiac arrest and died from a high-explosive's blast range as Asuma's way to deal with her evasion. I know all the dodging in the revision is pretty bs in comparison. The Crested Ibis screeched but simply stood as the last remaining non-threat; I figured this was lame and saw a "funnier" reason for her to die, and Onjouji could be revealed as "a valid student from another school". Kozuki is the one who I was most clueless what to do with. Though not very "main character" in the story, she serves as the centerpiece for existence of the setting, and her self-sacrifice sets her death apart from the rest. I nodded and let this be.!<

I wrote "animes" in the submission title to keep it short. Also, there isn't really anywhere to post this. This is obviously too junk for the mainstream population, the superset of Gemini users aren't weebs, and an LLM sub wouldn't necessarily want to read 5k words. However, there might be a few anime fans sprinkled here who may find mild amusement in this fanfic or just want to check the outputs. At the very least I used SillyTavern. *nervous laughter*

GoTrax never replied to emails at all

Without looking up the brand on Reddit first, I ordered a GoTrax Eclipse Ultra mid June directly from their website, for someone else. Sent an email and then another email two weeks later to ask again.

First, I had selected "w/ honeycomb tires" but got air tires instead; I don't mind this too much since a lot of people say solid tires are a bad idea. Second, is it normal for the tires to be labelled 30 PSI max (under recommended pressure)? I read that going 10 over isn't a big deal and tires generally don't just explode, plus there's a ton of variance in tiny tires from small volume; anyone who have tried pumping air into scooter tires can relate to this.

Personal experience: So far the scooter still seems to work fine. Didn't ride it much myself. Just a little weird that I accidentally turned off the pass code and can't re-enable it with the instructions from the manual. The included valve extension for the rear tire is unusable due to leakage, so I got 19mm extensions from Amazon, which lets me avoid losing air when taking off the inflator, though it's slightly too long to leave it in permanently. I wish the valve stem was slightly longer to begin with so nobody would have to mess with this.

Seeing how suspicious af customer support is makes me fearful. Edit: In the sense that if anything screwy happens, fix it yourself or just too bad, suck it up and find something else.
