hi guys, i noticed that it feels like something is stuck on the left side of my tongue whenever i swallow so i checked it and it feels like it’s coming from this. can anyone please confirm if this is a wart or something?

i just want to ask if i should be worried about my tongue especially the ones i encircled or is it just normal? i feel like i’m just being health anxious. it’s also not painful or itchy.

i also have the tendency to grind my teeth when sleeping and sometimes i unconsciously bite the side of my tongue.
