Oue company has been consistently implementing PIP for 2 yrs now. Every 2to3 months meron nagreresign because of PIP. Im starting to think that it could have been a one big layoff pero dahil for cost impact PIP is the way to downsize. Mas malaki makukuha ng empleyado kapag layoff, right?
