last time i tried to see a psychologist she told me i didn't need (after a situation that happened on my family) and she said i wasn't even the one that suffered from the situation. i'm scared to ask her to see one now. (that was almost 2 years ago)

i'm a 15F and i've had my period since 10/11 years old, and back then i never really tried to know if my period was regulated or not, but recently the last months my period has always came at the end of the month and now in these last recent months it stayed a little bit at the start of the month since it would start at day 27/28. the last time i had it was 28 of june and it stayed till 2/3 of july and me and my boyfriend, day 8 of july, didn't reaaalllyy have sex because there was no penetration or his penis any close to my vagina but he ejaculated on my butt, and i was worried about that because my period is late for 3/4 days, but then i remembered that i have hair down there and i don't think it could've even reached there because he cleaned it off right away and it wouldn't even have time to go there. why's my period late then? could it be because i sleep pretty late and have been stressing?
