No clue what the fancy label is but it feels like a very rough version of a onestep

The home button don’t work cause it’s being smooshed

So I’m dual booted with iOS 9.3.5 and iOS 5.1.1 on a 3rd gen iPad. Every time I try to activate an iOS version below 7.0, it says “Your iPad could not be activated because the activation server cannot be reached”. I’ve restarted the device many times and tried over and over to no avail.
