I FINALLY GOT IT!! FRENCH EDITION OUT !!🔥🏒🏒

I’ve waited so long! Between the time they pulled the French edition from sale—right when the series was blowing up on streaming platforms—and the time they delayed the release due to a defect in the cover art sent to the printer, I thought I was going to lose my mind...

I have a feeling I’m going to read it in just a few days. And then, we’ll have to wait for the French translation of the next books in the series...

French edition of Rachel Reid’s Heated Rivalry delayed to June 30th after massive printing error.

The french publisher (Chatterley) realized they had made a terrible mistake on the cover files sent to the printer. Instead of catching it during proofreading, the book went into mass production with a blatant spelling mistake right on the front cover: the title was printed with an extra "T," likely reading something like "Heatted Rivalry."

HOW IS IT POSSIBLE??? I was waiting for this book since DECEMBER and Now I have to wait again 🥲

(Sorry if it's a dumb question but) How did they end up in the SAME CLUB that night?? At the exact same time?

I mean, Montreal is big, yes? *Russian accent*

So how is it that Shane and Ilya ended up in the SAME MONTREAL CLUB that night?? (Also I don't know if this scene is happening in the book and if it's explained there.)

How do you react when someone close to you watches the series and ends up not liking it/hatin it?

Okay, so I'm a huge fan of the show, and my sister had heard about it but wasn't particularly hyped because MxM romances aren't really her thing. I get it, not everyone enjoys them, and I respect that.

Then, my sister knew how obsessed I've been with this show since January. And she finally watched it this week; then she told me what she thought. And that's when things started to get complicated; my sister is the type who thinks her opinions on movies/shows are the only ones that matter, and she tends to be quite harsh if people don't agree with her. (A character trait I REALLY HATE IN PEOPLE).

So for the past week, she's been regularly giving me feedback on the episodes, like, "I don't understand the hype yet." That's understandable, but then she started being very critical of the acting; and then the characters.

She hates Ilya and doesn't understand the depth of the emotional scenes (in my family, we're pretty uptight when it comes to emotions; I think I'm the only one who cries during movies/series).

Then, all week, she kept coming back to give me feedback, criticizing everything, saying the club scene wasn't any better than some of the club scenes in "Elite".

And I don't know why she's so insistent. Okay, I get it, you didn't like it, so just don't watch the rest? Why put yourself through that and then complain to me? Like, she's a fan of The Office, and personnally, I tried it and hated it; but I'm not gonna go and critisizes it every day to her if I watch it?

I don't know if you have and of your friends/family who has same reaction?
