My brother is joining uni for bba this year please suggest which is a better laptop for him

Specification: intel core 5
rtx 3050 4 gb vram
24 gb ram 512ssd

For both the laptops the specifications are almost same
What i want to know is which will feel less laggy .
Which one will heat less.
Which one has better battery backup.
Which will still be right after 3-4 years.
The loq being heavier is not that big of an issue so yaa…
About the price: I suggest want to know which is better neglecting the price

Also is it better to buy from amazon/flipkart coz of card deals or from offline store.
