I’ve been having to call out of work the past few days because my head and eyes have been on fire and of course the next day my period started 😂
so I’m wondering if anyone’s IIH flares up before/during/after your period? If so, what symptoms get worse or do you get anything new or different happen?!

19f- I’ve had this scab-like spot on my nose for i’d say a solid 4-5 years now and I can’t seem to get it to go away. the spot under my eyes started probably two years ago.
I do have psoriasis and eczema that come and go on my scalp but that’s really it. other than that my skin is normally fine? if anyone could give any advice on these things that would be great:
skincare wise i do not do much, don’t find anything really helps so i try to keep it easy. mainly wash with oil cleanser, then SA cleanser, then just a daily face moisturizer (all cerave. don’t know if it’s good or not, again, i don’t know enough so any help is WELCOMED)
any idea what the thing on my nose is and how i could get rid of it? i live in a place where seeing a dermatologist isn’t an option- (small towns up north suck)
assuming the spots under my eyes is either psoriasis or eczema but i’ve done countless antibiotics, anti fungal, anti inflammatory, you name it i’ve done it. any ideas?
and the little black dots on my nose- i read into it and apparently you need to use a cleanser with SA cleanser- and i do but i don’t find it helps?
