Would anyone buy a 2025 Forester with 40,145 miles?

I am seriously thinking of buying a 2024 Crosstrek and I have never owned an all wheel drive vehicle. What’s the cost of ownership per year? Do replace all four tires at once? How often do you change the differential? How much does that run?
