I’m new to the brand and have no choice but to source this color from the secondhand market. But I’m still really unsure of how to tell authentic bags from the fake 🥲 any help is appreciated!
I’m really wanting to get my hands on this bag in this particular color, but feeling a bit nervous about the possibility of fakes when dealing with the secondhand market. And being new to the brand, I’m not totally sure of the hallmarks of a fake vs. an authentic bag. So if anyone can give me feedback on this bag I’d really appreciate it!
For anyone with a glazed leather bag from Coach, what’s the maintenance like? Does it need conditioning like the regular leather bags do? Or does the coating make that unnecessary? Is the cracking normal for this material? I’ve seen some bags that have the cracked look and some that don’t so I wasn’t sure if there was a difference in how the bags were being taken care of or if that’s normal. Thanks in advance!
Made a visit to my local Coach store today and finally picked up the Chelsea 36s in black and clay suede that I’ve been wanting for a hot minute now. They were the last two bags on my list so I’m done buying for a while.
I recently found a new home for my floral appliqué tabby and I have no regrets! It truly is a stunning bag, but it was ultimately smaller than I tend to prefer. It’s also not something I’d get a lot of use out of in comparison to my other bags. I’ve known from the beginning of me starting my collection that I wanted a small but functional rotation. So a bag that sits on my shelf untouched just wasn’t compatible with that. But it seems like the person who purchased my tabby will enjoy it so it all worked out for the best.
I can’t say that I’ll never purchase another bag again if it really spoke to me, but I am extremely content with my small but mighty collection as it stands right now. I also haven’t been interested in anything from last month or this month’s drops, so I’m taking that as a good sign that this will really be it for a good long while lol.
Do we think the clay suede color might go on sale? I’ve been wanting the Chelsea in this color, but wasn’t sure if I should wait a bit 🤔
