Any tips on how to play GK against a GA way taller then you

hi everyone, I play in a social netball league and it’s the first time I’ve played netball. I’m a guy and tallish (6”0) so GK has become my position. I feel like I’ve been doing well, I get most rebounds, stop lots of passes and get intercepts it’s so fun. Usually I verse girls shorter then me or guys about my height and can stop people taller then me fairly easily, but at our game tonight the other teams GA was at least 6”5 with a wingspan that was probably longer. They would throw the ball up next to the hoop and he’d catch it and literally jump and drop it in. It did make it harder having to rush from their GS to the GA as he ran into the circle, and I can’t swap with our GD as she is our best player. anyway, By the end of the game I resorted to playing dirty and got some stops but I was lucky not to get called for a few things. The rest of my team played great and we won, but I was definitely outplayed. Was curious as to whether their is any strategies or tips for versing someone with such a height advantage or if it’s best to play dirty and pray. Thank you!

Trying to wrap my head around fm26 midfield IP and OOP roles

I recently got fm26, moving from fm24, and am using St Pauli for my first save. Im trying to make a defensive minded counter attacking team in a 523 shape, that becomes more of 343 IP, maybe even 253 because my middle cb is on advanced centre back and (I think) steps up to be defensive mid.

Currently ive got my two midfielders as CMs IP, one with make more runs and the other with make fewer. Theyre then both DMs OOP. Really curious how this works? Im tempted to make my midfielders DMs, one on Box-to-box and the other as either a deep lying playmaker or straight DM.

I guess my main concern is that if they're a CM IP they'll end up out of position if we lose the ball, which will leave us vulnerable as a lower quality team, but if they're DM they won't come up and support our attacks well enough. I assume this is very fm24 thinking so just curious how it'll actually go.

Also wondering what Striker role would serve my tactic best. I'd like to see them dropping deep to play the wingers in while also remaining a goal threat themselves when necessary, nothing ive tried so far has been great, currently using DLF. Could be a player issue as I don't have any great strikers. I can definitely see why everyone says striker-less tactics are so good in fm26 though.

Have also attached my tactics, will take any advice on what to tick/untick.

FM24 - Team strong defensively but struggling to score

In my first season with St Pauli (who are in Bundes 2 as I'm playing fm24). Most if not all games have been a draw or very low scoring.

I am trying to make a defensive possession based team, with Jordan Bos as the star. We have been dominating possession with 60% or more every game, but just can't translate it into goals or opportunities. I'm not sure if we've had a game with more than 10 shots. I have tried different role variations of the same general tactic, but nothings been that great yet. Any tips or ideas to get this team rolling?

fm24 - Tactic not creating goals but defending very well

In my first season with St Pauli, who are still in Bundesliga 2 because i'm on fm24. Pretty new to the game. Have drawn most of my matches so far, and they’re always low scoring

My team constantly dominates possession with 60% or more, but just will not score goals. Going for a defensive possession based team, with Jordan Bos (let's go Australia) as the star. Have tried lots of role variations of this general tactic but results are staying the same. Defence very good, offence very bad.

Any tips or suggested changes to make would be greatly appreciated thanks.
