HSG and saline ultrasound 3 days ago and pregnant

Yep you read that right. I had a HSG and saline ultrasound on August 12 and today I took ovulation tests to see where I was at and it was bright positive. Mind you August 6th was a blood test and it was 1.19. And I had a urine test at the dr before the HSG and ultrasound and it was negative (did they even check, should I have just done one at home?) anyways in soooo nervous and my lining was only 5.38mm think that day as well so I’m unsure how this will turn out? Has anyone ever had this happen 😅

New medication trial

Has anyone been prescribed methylPREDNISolone 4mg a day as a last resort after multiple miscarriages?
I finally got it today and I’m hoping that it is the missing key. I have an autoimmune disease but no one has taken it seriously until today after 7 failed pregnancies ❤️
