Bought this phone back in 2023
And there hasn't been a single day where I haven't used it without battery saver mode being off.

Hey everyone,
Coming from a Pixel 6a and honestly the only thing I truly liked about it was the camera. Everything else (especially battery life and the processor) was pretty disappointing – throttling, average endurance, the usual Tensor complaints.
Now looking at the Nothing Phone 3 and the OnePlus Nord 6. Both run the same Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, which is a big upgrade over what I had. The big difference is battery: Nord 6 has that massive ~9000mAh while the Phone 3 sits around 5150-5500mAh.
I really don’t want to go through the same battery/processor pain again. At this point I’d rather trade some camera quality (or whatever else) for a phone that just lasts and stays smooth. Has anyone here used the Phone 3 day-to-day and can share how the battery actually holds up? Is the 8s Gen 4 efficient enough that it doesn’t feel like a step back from the Pixel experience in terms of reliability? Both the phones will cost me the same when I trade in my pixel.
Would love some real-user thoughts before I decide. Thanks!
Hey! So I(20) recently graduated with a degree in Hotel Management (IHM Mumbai), but I want to pursue a career in HR and I asked a few people in the industry and they suggested that I do an MBA in HR.
I also did some research and found out that TISS and XLRI are the best colleges for HR and that they require you to take the CAT exam. I was wondering how I should prepare for this exam and whether I should aim for CAT 2026 or CAT 2027.
As I will begin the preparation now, and that if I were to prep for CAT 2027 how do I explain my gap during the period? Should I try getting an internship in HR somewhere or do a 1 year course/ certification? I was considering doing a masters in hotel management but my college faculty recommended that it's a waste and has no weightage/benefits.
Please I would like to hear your suggestions regarding this and if anyone who is already pursuing a career in HR , I would very much like to hear your opinion!
Thank you for your time!
