Has anyone fixed their energy levels?

I had a baby two years ago so I am no longer in postpartum, but my energy levels still feel like a shell of my former life.

I feel like I've tried everything:

- consistently getting good hours of sleep (~8hrs a night)

- working out 2-3 times a week

- no caffeine to avoid crashes (never was a big caffeine drinker in the past, used to do it occasionally but stopped in the last few months because of how I'd feel the next day)

- vitamin d daily supplements after some bloodwork showed low levels last year

- regular support from family for time off from parenting (we usually get 2 sleepovers at grandma's a month)

But I'm still exhausted every day and feeling like I can barely get through my day.

Any suggestions on what worked for people??

Edit to add: I realize what I wrote above is better than what a lot of people have access to and I'm thankful for that. I just don't want this to continue as I keep getting older (currently early 30s).

Can't wean PPI past every other day

I started daily 20mg omeprazole in Sept 2023. I decided to start weening off it in May 2026 and have gotten down to every other day as of a few weeks ago. I wasn't having symptoms so figured I could go to the next phase (1 day on, 2 days off, 1 day on, 1 day off, repeat).

This has hit me hard and I'm not able to manage with pepcid, tums, etc.

Does anyone have a good weaning recommendation for getting down to another step from every other day?

I don't have the pills that I can split open on my own.
