Hi all! I am an RN with Providence on a cardiac telemetry unit with just over 1 year of experience. I recently applied to a position for “Experienced Non-Emergency” position in the ED. I got denied essentially the same day I applied and I’m just looking for some advice. Is there anyone I can contact to get feedback on why I might have been passed over? Thanks for any suggestions!

My wife just moved her previous employer 401k to a rollover IRA. It's currently sitting at 25k. Should we keep a certain percentage in the IRA to invest and put the rest in our HYSA? Or should we invest the entire 25k? Any advice is welcome!
