Australian delivery delay of July 1 build
Wanted to reach out to the community to see if anyone else is having challenges with Australian delivery of their iX3. Ordered iX3 40 on June 1 and car was built July 1. I have received the VIN and been able to add to myBMW app. I was then informed by the dealer on July 7 that car was at the port (not sure which one) waiting on shipment. Contacted them this week and they tell me that delivery has been pushed back 2 months till end of Novemeber as the car still has not been loaded onto a ship. Is anyone else in the same boat (all puns intended) or have any knowledge of what is occurring to delay Australian shipments by 2 months?
