If it is possible, I would like to somehow play as an OC I created in singleplayer instead of Franklin, Michael or Trevor, if it makes sense

So I checked the game's mods and as far as I can find they're all just... reskins? P*rn, mostly.
I'm suprised because the game has such a huge fandom and there's not a single mod that adds anything new or idk? Is it a problem with the game engine?
