06 TL with 133k miles

Wondering what y'all are experiencing in the market? WDP 06 TL (auto) with 133k miles. Meticulously changed oil, transmission fluid and switches. Previous owner did tb/wp but I don't have documentation of it. Have had a front struts replaced and front tires replaced. Still getting me 28 mpg.

Negatives: CEL for the front bank O2 which I need to get to. seats are completely ripped, dash cracked (have a felt pad), bluetooth hasn't worked in years as had the parasitic battery drain.

What is the going rate for these right now?

Is $4k achievable if I fix the CEL?

I did a thing

Needed a new DD (coming from a 3g TL). Have a 997 6 speed as the weekend car and got to keep both so I’m blessed!

Test drove the Genesis G80, Elantra N and then the M340i and didn’t look back. Couple deals fell through including a nicely spec‘d CPO in Alabama. However, it was black and they wouldn’t budge on the price and then this thing popped up locally.

The demand is so high on these things but was able to lower price 6%, which paid for the BMW VSC Platinum warranty. Also, booking it as a company car so can take advantage of bonus depreciation.

side note: Still under factory warranty and noticed a lot NVH (wind) particularly from passenger front window. Is it worth taking to the BMW dealership to check out? Car was not from a BMW dealership and would like them to take a look at it before warranty expires.

Looking at a 2024 m340i

Clean Car, low mileage. Car is 800 miles away from me so doing diligence with the seller. Does the rear left suspension look okay? I see what looks like liquid on the spring and rear suspension component. Can't see it in the pics but can see it in the video (sorry youtube link).

Alignment shop in East Dallas

Wife hit a huge pothole in her Highlander and the left rear looks to have a lot of camber by eye. Not seeing any damaged suspension parts but suspect needs an alignment. Any suggestions in East Dallas without breaking the bank. Honestly, haven't had a 4-wheel alignment in 20 years and it was $50 back in the day!

Thank you to those that suggested Caldera Neck Releaf

Relatively new in this journey (sub 2 months), been using a p10 nose pillow and struggled with large leaks. Tried mouth tape, tried elevating bed, to no avail. @Motor-Blacksmith4174 suggested a caldera neck releaf. Took about 10 days to get it and for the last 3 days, have been scoring very low large leaks. Thank you!

Still have yet to feel the physiological improvement, but my data has never looked better (always open to any suggestions from those further along their journey).

If you're struggling with large leaks, give this a try. It's $20 and well worth it. I'm still using mouth tape with the caldera.

Leak Rates

My Resmed keeps telling me I'm spending a large amount of time in Large Leaks. My setup: p10 nasal pillows with small, I've actually increased the baseline pressure from 6 to 8.8. I use mouth tape but still sometimes have the chipmunk cheeks.

How do my leaks look in Oscar (below). Is this concerning? Still trying to dial-in settings. Feeling okay (this is my fourth week on cpap) but not the initial kick. Suspect part of this is spending a lot of time in high leak >24 L/min.

Thoughts?

Leakage issue?

Week 3, Airsense 10 w/p10 nose pillows

Looks like machine is doing its job with AHI in the 0.55. However, I feel like I'm spending a lot of time in large leakage? I've mouth taped the last week, tried with 3M Millipore and an AliExpress mouth tape; seems no difference.

Only thing I can think of is maybe the mask seal is shifting and the pillows aren't sitting right. I did clean the mask a couple of times and am wondering if that gave me fit/seal issues.

Thoughts?

Just starting my journey: Airsense 10 plus p10 nasal.

Supine AHI was in the 30s, otherwise 15s from an in-lab.

Still getting adjusted to the setup but guidance on tweaks. Setting were 5-18, but I bumped up to 6.

Also, have a toddler so sleep still getting disrupted. We had a crying event at 3am hence the wonky number around then. Anything else that is telling?
