Potentially hot take: Gun SPAA defending bases should make a return 13.0+

Put on your cope-glasses on *With decent rewards for destroying them*

Back a few years ago bases had two gun SPAA defending them and they were removed because it was dumb when you were just minding your own business and get slapped by a terminator AI Gepard that you didn't know was there. Now SPAA is less likely to target you if you don't have A2G weapons and most top tier fighting happens out of SPAA range anyway

We've now got GPS glide bombs, POI bombing, super guided missiles, ARMs so I see no reason why aircraft should still just be strapping themselves with bombs and flying in a straight line towards targets on a map. No thought behind sorties and no coordination between teammates just mindless zombing.

I could go on about how bases should actually as detailed as in NT with Ammo, Fuel and vehicle Depots but thats too much to ask for a forgotten mode

(COOP) I admit I fully was not looking forward, but is it legal to stop like that?

I was too busy looking at the radio options and definitely should have been looking forward - but surely braking like that while also zigzagging on a straight isn't allowed? Let me know if I'm just a terrorist

Are Gaijin ever going to un-fuck the PL-12?

Like, does it perform realistically? This missile is tragic even on 13.0 aircraft let alone throwing it on a 14.7. Worse range than 120s, worse pull than the R77, what is the point?

My biggest gripe with NT - why not utilise the interesting section of the map?

Just Gaijin being Gaijin, stick everyone on the flat part of the map with barely any altitude and put all the objectives in the same space so no one has a reason to go north, despite advertising it as a key part of the map.

They don't even make it available in Air SB or even custom matches to explore. It serves as a 15min long scenic route I guess

I don't understand why Gaijin refuses to actively decompress the BRs in all modes when they release updates like these

Just examples from the top of my head from this Dev Server, I’m sure it has happened more in the past:

New F14D - Better than the F14B but sits at the same BR

New M1A2C - Better round, Increased turret armour Same 12.7 BR

New M1A2 Trophy - APS and remains 12.7. Gajin has previously shown that they believe APS is worth a BR increase (VT4A1->VT4, Merkava Mk4M -> Merkava Mk4B)

T90M Arena - Same BR as the T90M

Why not make maximum BR changes when they add vehicles like these? Why only make changes once every six months when they would have less to do if it was done consistently?

29 kills, not a single one was Ground v Ground. Might as well name it Air SB with player controlled ground units
