Hello all, Just had a question about the US Strategic Stockpile silver products. These were done in the 80’s? And I know many people may say just to google it, but there’s a lot of differing info out there.

Here’s what I know: I’ve seen some silver bars that are from the US strategic silver stockpile that were formed and sold as way for the US to liquidate its silver holdings. I love the history behind that, and would love to obtain an original authentic piece of that history. However, in looking, you find all sorts of things, like 10 oz bars, 1 oz bars, 1 oz rounds, etc. I guess my main question is what were the actual products produced by the US agency that had to do with this sell-off of the strategic stockpile? Did they make 1 oz bars, or only 10’s? Did they make rounds? Seems like whatever you look up, there’s a listing on a site of the product you searched for, authentic or not.

Just looking for some clarity from the best community here!

Im looking to pick up at least 2 (maybe 3 considering the deal to be worked out) Chinese Pandas, willing to pay $78 each.

Also looking for a PCGS graded modern Libertad. It doesn’t have to be MS70, in fact, I’m really not looking to pay the premium for a 70. Not looking for any key dates either. I know many think graded bullion is useless, I’m not saying you’re wrong. It’s just that I bought a PCGS Libertad a few months ago and the slab arrived cracked and shattered. I was able to save the coin itself, but now it’s just a raw Libertad! Nothing wrong with that, happy to have it, but now a little itch in my collection needs to be scratched by having a PCGS slabbed Libertad since the one I bought arrived destroyed.

Would be amazing to get all these from the same seller to save on shipping costs, but I am willing to strike multiple deals if this is not possible!
