i think everyone gets one (1) stupid nonscientific belief, what's yours?

for example common ones are mbti or zodiac signs, or for trans women, sexuality changing on e, or period cramps, or weight cycling. outright conspiracy theories don't count (flat earth / antivaxxer bs)
mine used to be that e changed my sexuality, but after i realized i was just a homophobic bishit i want to trade that in for something different. i was considering going all in on blood types, but i don't even know mine so i can't.

i'm tired
i want to give up. i don't want to try anymore. it's been 4 years and i feel so hopeless. my body is a prison and i fear that im serving a life sentence. even after i get ffs and srs i still won't be a woman, just some weird fucking third thing. i don't belong anywhere.
