Tenere 700 for first ADV bike?
Hey everyone! Looking into getting my first ADV bike soon and the Tenere 700 has really been peaking my interest
For background: I’ve been riding street for almost 10 years, primarily on Harley’s. I usually ride lifted club style dynas/FXR’s and had some baggers too so heavy bike isn’t a concern for me, I’m very confident riding heavy bikes at low speed.
Recently my buddy and I got some KLX 110L pit bikes and have been ripping local trails and decided we wanted to do more off road riding on a larger scale so looking into ADV bikes
The Tenere 700 seems to do everything I want, my only real concern is me being a shorter rider (5’7) and getting used to the height
The only tall bike I’ve sat on before is a DR650 and felt confident in my ability to ride it, not sure how the height compares to a T7
Anything I should be wary of here? Is this an alright option to start out with for ADV riding or should I look into some other bikes?
