I can't keep avoiding all of the fruits and veggies in the store and I just got over a rough round of cyclospora. I know buying local is safe but my partner and I both work odd hours that are consistently changing. I'm going to make it a goal to see if one of us can make it to a farmers market once a week to get locally grown veggies, fruits, and lettuce. We are in Okemos, I know there is a Holt Saturday market but we both rarely have Saturdays off. Are there any open on Tuesdays or Thursdays? Maybe even a stand that we could buy from outside of farmers market hours?

If I have to go another week without antibiotics I'm gonna die 😭 the other day I went 20+ times and I was so dehydrated I nearly had to crawl to grab pedialyte

Thought I was built different, but the coleslaw mix got me I think. I would ask for everyone's thoughts and prayers, but the bathroom "oh shit" handle has my back.

In all seriousness though, this is the worst my stomach has ever felt. Wash your veggies y'all 😭😭

got drunk watching the Kentucky derby all day. lost $20 betting on horses. I should've been supporting women, I'd be $700+ richer. (the Kentucky derby is the one time I gamble each year- it's always my $20 loss 😂)
