F 26. Not asking medical advise instead from general running experience is that a common thing?

These are my running stats from May till now. Ran around 80 km average in March & April but from past week facing pain below my knees especially left one. Can hard surface of park be a reason?

Should I take few days off or see a sports injury specialist.

I run 3-4 days a week
