Recently my new employer is working to file my O1a petition with fragomen law firm; I just received the first drafts of their recommendation letters and I am very disappointed with them; Are there any law firms who would review my petition letter and final exhibits and give a second opinion in reasonable price range? H1b second rfe because of 100k fee

Earlier in july 1, my h1b change of status was issued a second rfe stating the 100k usd fee, and my lawyers have been preparing O1 visa now. Now that H1b visa fee got another judgement, should i ask my lawyers to file the second rfe or go ahead with O1?
