2 months of consistency after a 4 month break

I took off from the gym for 4 months. I started working out again from June this year. And the pic is the result of 2 months consistency. I weigh 67 kgs. My workout split: Monday - Chest & Triceps; Tuesday - Back & Biceps; Wednesday - Shoulders & legs and repeat. Every morning after waking up I do 70 pushups, few abs related exercises and drink 0.5 - 0.75 ltrs of water before brushing teeth. Per day I consume 100-120 gms of protein. Drink 4 litres of water. I eat less rice, 0 alcohol from 2 months, 0 processed sugar, no tea. And the result is confidence, healthy, strong and fit 🥹

Need running shoes , can't risk messing up my knees , 83kgs at 6ft

can you guys suggest some good running shoes, 1 month ago did a 5k in 33 minutes and 41 seconds (that's my pace or running level) . As mentioned I am on the heavier side and I run around my apartment which has those concrete interlocking tiles.

So please suggest some good shoes ? only NIKE has a specific "road running" shoes series. But you tell me.

How I track my calories everyday

Firstly I used to struggle a lot tracking calories I tried writing using ChatGPT and all. But at the same time I was lacking consistency which most of the people won’t have including me. Couple of weeks ago MacroFactor ani app use chydam start chesa and everything is changed. I live in USA so it’s difficult for me to cook Indian food and also manage lifestyle with job. I started using this app and literally every food I will put it in the app first I thought it’s too much but with few weeks I realised how it’s helping me . The time it takes to load my food may be 1 min max anthe.

Few things which also helped me with this is get a food scale guys it’s like 10 dollars here and may be 1000 in India and it changes everything. Lastly I am in cut phase and went from 80-77.5 in the span of 4 weeks and I am tracking my mental health and physical health as of now everything is fine. The app adjusts the food intake calories as per the my weight every week. Just thought I would share it with you my bonda fitness. My present calorie intake is 1550.

skinny fat reduction

Hi guys, M27 here. I’m 5’8” (173 cm) and currently around 75 kg.
For the last 6 months, I’ve been doing cardio and following a decent diet. I’ve lost around 8 kg, which I’m happy about, but I’m still struggling with fat around my belly, sides, and chest.
My arms and legs look fairly lean, but my belly and chest still look soft/saggy. I’m guessing this is what people mean by “skinny fat.”
I understand that you can’t specifically target fat loss from one area, and that cardio alone probably isn’t going to give me the look I want. So I’ve decided to start doing some strength training as well.
The problem is there’s no gym close to me, and getting to one would require a lot of travel. With my work timings, that’s just not practical.
Recently, I came across resistance bands and was wondering if they’re actually effective for building muscle and improving body composition.
A few questions:
Can I get a decent, fit-looking physique using resistance bands at home?
Are they enough for a beginner, or would I eventually need weights?
Any good beginner tutorials/workout routines you’d recommend?
How long does it realistically take to see noticeable changes if I’m consistent with diet + resistance training?
I’m not looking for a six-pack or a bodybuilding physique. I just want to look fit, reduce the belly/chest fat over time, and build some muscle.

Day 1 of 100 days of running everyday!

Was barely able to complete 2 rounds of running around this 400 meters (approx) track!

Was able to walk for like 8-10 rounds post run.

Will Appreciate any inputs that will help me keep up and do better.

Thank you
