Need help with my plateauing progress

[23M] I’ve been trying to get consistent with the gym and lean out over the past few months. I’m around 177 cm and started around 78-80 kg, got more consistent with PPL, eating high protein and tracking my diet, and for a while I was getting stronger pretty consistently and looking more toned. My weight eventually came down to around 76–78 kg, but over the last month or so I’ve had a bunch of reasons that made my gym consistency drop. Now my performance has basically plateaued and I’m struggling to push past my PRs or even my PRs sometimes, my appetite has dropped a lot, and I’m getting full after like 1/4 of my usual lunch. Looks-wise I’m more or less the same, but I’m not sure if I’ve actually lost fat, muscle, or just fluctuated with water/glycogen. What would you guys do from here? Focus on getting training and protein back up first, maintain calories for a while, or still try to cut?

I’m a non-vegetarian, and I also take whey. Thanks in advance, bondhas! 💪🏼

I made a small paragraph which we can say to ourselves whenever OCD overwhelms us

“I must not give in. OCD is the mind-killer. OCD is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my OCD. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past, I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the OCD has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.”

It’s a modified version of a dialogue from Frank Herbert’s Dune, all credits to him.
