TrichContam grow update

Before then after pic :D

Was told to throw out the grow. Instead i qarantined the bin in an area i dont grow in, and went fot a burn protocol. Took a butane lighter to all aparrent trich and their common spots daily for a week+

The bin pinned and by that point trich made one small return that was eaaily burned away.

Once the bin went to full fruiting no trich made an appearance

Full harvest 730 wet grams 😍

First ever PE grow, is this bruising? [actives]

Tested with a cutip, nothing transfers. The texture of the discoloration is dry vs the more wet texture of the rest of the mushroom heads.

My grow area has pretty dry air so im thinking its just drying too quickly from too much FAE or its bruising.

Stalks are rock hard, no pun intended, so not yet soft enough to indicate its time to harvest?

Any advice welcome, new to growing :>

Bin has never been opened outside of a still air box, both the case layer and substrate are the same steam sterilized batch of CVG.

The mycellium is begining to breach the casing layer and i noticed this green material.

Im inclined to take a small torch and burn the green mold? Algae? Or should i chemically sterilize by dabbing hydrogen peroxide or surgically remove the material?

The casing layer is loose and wet im afraid surgical removal is just gonna spread contamination hence i wanna go the potato blight route of just burning the green fluff.

Im new to the hobby and i think this is my first runin with contamination. Funnily enough its my first attempt at a casing layer. All my other grow attempts have been successful with exposed grain...
