Is magnesium glycinate safe to try?
I want to try magnesium glycinate supplements for sleep but have heard about some poor experiences with dreams and grogginess in the morning. What would be a safe amount to try and when should I take it?

Hey guys, I'm a college student looking to start investing whatever little I can save from my monthly pocket money (usually around 5k).
I was checking out apps to start a mutual fund SIP and saw that a lot of them offer a daily SIP option alongside the regular monthly one. Daily sounds like it would handle market ups and downs better since it invests every single day, but I'm not sure if it's actually worth it.
Also how easy would it be to sell the investments if i need cash for travel or other expenses?
FoodStrong says "we are changing our packs."
Except the formula changed too.
Old: 26g protein in a 34g serving (76.5% protein)
New: 26g protein in a 45g serving (57.8% protein)
That's not a packaging change

Yet they're communicating it as if customers may simply receive either pack during a transition period.
They're also continuing to use the Trustified badge prominently, which makes the messaging feel even more misleading.

If the formula changed, why not just be transparent about it?
Has anyone else noticed this?
Since my GOAT gpt-5.3-codex was deprecated, it has been hard to get serious work done on the plus plan using gpt-5.5. I have finally found a good solution to this problem with pi agent. It is so barebones that is consumes practically half the number of tokens that Codex does, and gpt-5.5 is so smart that it never feels like it is in a third-party harness.
I have been able to stretch the Plus subscription to 4 days of work(though the repos I work on are small). While pi misses features like computer use and the web search, for those I can still use codex. There's a lot of cool extensions too, and I can switch to using deepseek api when codex limits are reached.
I'd definitely recommend trying out: https://pi.dev/
I have about 5L sitting idle and I’m looking for the best way to maintain high liquidity for personal needs (accessible within 1–3 days) while still getting reasonable returns that beat a basic savings account.
With current tax laws and interest rates, what is your go-to vehicle for parking short-term cash right now?
Are you guys heavily using arbitrage funds for the tax efficiency or sticking to standard Liquid funds? Also how much sense does something like LAMF make for me?
Would love to know what setups are working best for you.
PS:
While exploring options i found out that there are platforms like blinkmoney which provide a credit line on investments with a decent interest rate. Seems like a good fit for my usecase.
