Hello! I was working in my home office today and suddenly started noticing these tiny bugs. They seemed to come out of nowhere, although I may have just never noticed them before.
After looking around, I found quite a few along the baseboard, some alive and some dead.

Any idea what these are?

Hi all,

Trying to figure out my sprinkler system startup after buying a house with a Hydrawise controller already installed.

The previous owner transferred the Hydrawise account to me and the controller/app seem to work fine, but none of the zones are getting water.

So far I:
-opened the exterior blue valve in the second photo
-found/opened the yellow shutoff valve behind an indoor access panel in the third photo
-tested multiple zones in Hydrawise
-still getting absolutely nothing

Previous owner mentioned the sprinkler company “opens something in the green box” during startup and that they usually come twice a year to blow out/start the system.

Does this sound like there’s another manual valve in the underground valve box that needs to be opened? Or am I missing another common startup step?
