Is this true leather or leather of any kind?

I have noticed that whenever there is a delivery that doesn’t happen but is marked as delivered, amazon auto creates a “query” to “investigate” the case and gives a timeline of 24 hours. They will show a message on the due day that they have “reviewed” the query and a “resolution is ready” but it will redirect you to contact its customer care and repeat the whole conversation again. Is this is a tactic so that the customer forgets or gives up?

Brik Oven Pretzel Bagels with mold on the sesame seeds. Within 3 days of manufacturing. just horrible!!

Edit: I received this just this way. I didn’t store it unrefrigerated for 3 days.
