life planner recommendations?

Hi all! I need a planner to help with organizing my personal life and I don’t even know where to start.

I have ADHD and have found myself stuck in the “I bought a planner, used it a week, never touched it” many times, so I’m trying to avoid that. I use a planner at work that has SAVED my productivity. It’s very simple. A monthly spread, back pages for random notes / questions, and big weekly spreads where I can track overarching tasks and small tasks for each day.

For home, I don’t need something to schedule my time. I need a planner that will allow me to keep track of the tiny to do lists and hold me accountable for bigger goals. for example, my boyfriend and I have considered moving cities. I get stressed if I think about this too much and it causes me spiral and ruminate on it for days. my therapist recommended dedicating a night to talking about moving and looking at cities and THEN putting it out of my mind and planning another time a few months out to revisit it. My therapist also recommended I use the planner like a brain dump, so if I think of something I need to do at home while at work, I can just dump it somewhere where I won’t forget.

I have no idea if this post makes any sense, but basically I want a planner/journal combo almost that allows me to keep to do lists but also keep me on target for long term planning. Does that even exist?

Hi everyone! My boyfriend and I live together in a 950sf apartment with our dog, and my vacuum is NOT cutting it. We have a cordless Shark which was great for the first year or so, but now no matter how much cleaning or filter changes, it ALWAYS smells and clogs. Last time I cleaned it, so much dust and dander blew out that it looked like a dragon. It does nothing to pick up my hair or his hair, and even after I vacuum, there’s stuff on my socks. It’s driving me mad.

Aforementioned apartment doesn’t have much storage. I’d love to just rip it and get a Miele, but that’s a bit out of budget and we wouldn’t have a good place to store it. Does anyone have a recommendation for something more apartment friendly that still gets the job done? TIA!!!
